Angostura Font

Angostura is an out-of-the-ordinary sans-serif typeface which was inspired by American sign lettering of the 1940’s and 1950’s. Low crossbars come from industrial deco signage—the monocular a and g represent the mid twentieth-century fascination with Futura and its imitators. Angostura is available in Ultra-Light, Extra-Light, Light, Book, Regular, Bold and italics—it also comes in spray-paint, woodgrain and stencil styles.
