Yokai Pop is a vintage Japanese-inspired display typeface that channels the expressive spirit of 1970s vinyl covers. Think carefully composed record sleeves, unexpected color combinations, and lettering that makes you curious about the music before the needle touches the groove. Nostalgic, playful, and full of personality, Yokai Pop brings that same sense of discovery to modern design.
Inspired by an era when album artwork was part of the listening experience, Yokai Pop turns a title into the main attraction. Pair it with warm paper textures and faded tones for a treasured-record feel, or introduce vivid colors and clean layouts to give its vintage character a fresh setting.
