VLNL Agitka Font Family: As a film typeface designer, Henning Brehm delivers typefaces with a keen and precise eye. VLNL Agitka, his latest creation for Vette Letters, is a Cyrillic-inspired (and Cyrillic-inclusive) alphabet with both feet rooted in Soviet-era propaganda posters. Its design is constructivist (look mom, no curves!), geometric, and strong. Like Russian vodka. In addition to Regular, Light, Bold, and Black weights, Agitka also comes in four Neon styles. For a dazzling design effect, layer these neons on top of a regular weight for a star-embossed letter effect.
We would also like to highlight the use of VLNL Agitka in the film Bourne Ultimatum, for which Brehm designed neon signs for a scene in a Russian supermarket. За здоровье – Za Zdarovje!
