About this font family
PiS Hansch has its origin on a small graveyard in Salzburg, Austria. The hand-carved epigraph on a weathered tombstone inspired PiS to create this slightly twisted serif monster.
It contains OpenType Features including contextual alternates (you get three different versions of ‘s’, two different versions of ‘t’ and much more), some ligatures and a very special Long S substitution feature that throws you over a hundred years back in time by changing your everyday small “s” into the classic “long s”.
