Legions Boldtype is a striking duo that pairs an ultra-condensed display sans with a lively signature script. The sans leans intoArt-Deco modernism: towering verticals, tight rhythm, and soft rectangular counters that carve through letters like O, D, and G, giving the face a sculpted, poster-ready presence. Corners are subtly rounded to temper the rigidity, while narrow proportions and uniform stroke weight keep spacing compact and headlines powerful.
The script companion flows with quick, pen-written energy—looped entries, natural exits, and handy double-letter ligatures (tt, ll, cc, ff) for smooth texture. Together they deliver a high-contrast voice: set names and numbers in the Boldtype caps, then add human warmth with the script for sublines or signatures. Ideal for fashion and editorial branding, packaging, album art, event posters, and logo wordmarks where scale, elegance, and impact matter more than body-text utility.
