Iwata Corporation is one of Japan’s oldest and respected type companies, with one of the largest collections of high quality Japanese fonts designed for print and digital applications. Iwata’s font collection contains many popular Mincho and Gothic style fonts in addition to brush and education-specific fonts. Iwata won a Good Design Award in 2009 for its UD fonts – strategically modified designs for user interfaces and other on-screen uses.
