this is a revival of the Splandor (https://bit.ly/Splandor) font which was released in 2014. many have changed in this latest version, such as vector quality, available with lowercase, and various Opentype Features, such as Stylistic set, ligature, contextual alternate, languages support, and new ornaments.
This font was created for display needs, such as headings, signage, posters, t-shirts, covers, labels, logos, etc
