Bridging European Constructivism with 20th Century Modernism, Cobalt 27 pays homage to the 1920’s and 30’s with a contemporary update. Glyph ascenders and descenders are lengthened to create characters akin to a condensed font, allowing for more letters per line without loss of readability. Shoulders have been narrower to create optically visually same widths across all glyphs.
