Abadi Font Family, Designed by Malaysian designer Ong ChongWah, Abadi is a versatile sans-serif typeface that straddles the line between humanist and modern. Gill Sans and stiffer linears such as Monotype Grotesque and Helvetica. These humanist features give Abadi a user-friendly feel and contribute as much to its readability as the generous height of the “x”. The italic is closer to roman, yet has enough character to be used independently. The range of weights and widths available gives Abadi a wide range of graphic applications, from small amounts of text in magazines and newspapers, to display in packaging, advertising and even television.
